In this course, my classmates and I were assigned the tasks of creating and producing three multimedia stories. Each story got more and more challenging as we first worked by ourselves, then with a partner, and lastly, in a group of three. Our class was taught how to compile and create a story from the very beginning giving us the skills and knowledge needed to start from scratch. Not only did our class produce videos, but we also created a text introduction for each story made.
This class has taught me how to think outside of the box. Because of the pandemic, many of my ideas became irrational causing me to think of other ideas. Creating a story proved to be an important and worthwhile process. I learned how to build a portfolio which reminded me to think about each step in our project plan. Working in teams helped me increase my skills in group work by being able to bounce ideas off of my classmates and learning from their work.
